The project at 975 Sky Way is an addition to an existing mountain home, set within a forested setting among tall trees. The work includes a new detached garage with an accessory dwelling unit above, designed to complement the character of the original structure, including the use of western red cedar siding.

The addition also features large windows that bring in natural light, along with a wrap-around deck that connects the new structure to the main home and extends the usable living space.
