The project at 152 Edgewood began with the addition of a new garage with an ADU above, and has since evolved into a more extensive transformation, now encompassing a full interior remodel along with the addition of a large back deck designed to capture the home’s exceptional views of Lake Tahoe.

At this stage, the new construction is structurally complete, with exterior siding yet to be installed and the interior fully framed. The original home remains untouched, with preparation for the remodel still to come—marking a clear transition point between new construction and the next phase of renovation.
